The service was great and the staff were really welcoming. The room was well laid out and the beds were very comfy. The hotel's location is beautiful and amazing, right next to the center of things and the Marginal Way. Plus, they have a seasonal restaurant onsite.

The hotel is in a stunning location in the center, close to the Marginal Way and within equal walking distance to Ogunquit and the beach. The employees at the reception desk are exceptionally pleasant and consistently courteous.

Helpful and exceptional staff, it was enjoyable stay.
I liked staying at this hotel and would stay here again. The venue was a nice place for enjoying a downtown area, so close to the Marginal Way and restaurant and Nubble Light. The room was spotless with a nice view as well as a very private balcony, everything was nice. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were an advantage.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Perkins Cove Bay and Marginal Way. The coastal-themed room was reasonably priced and included a complimentary and delicious breakfast.

Thought we were staying at resort with ocean view. Instead were placed in building across from resort. The room overlooked a parking lot and maintenance bid. Could not use pool or hot tub unless we drove because of cold temps. Very disappointing. We believe we were put in these rooms because we did not book directly through the hotel, as there were plenty of rooms available in the main complex.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location directly above the ocean is fabulous and there are numerous Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. Marginal Way is right on the property and is about a ten minute walk to Perkins Cove. There are several local restaurants within walking distance right on Shore Road; The Front Porch, five-o, prime and Jackies ii. The crabmeat sandwich & potato chips at Jackies ii in Perkins Cove was $8.95 and was delicious and filling as well. The dinner entrees are very expensive but the food is delicious.
We booked the Anchorage for 4 nights and had to call for room service two of the four days well after noon. The inroom safe had to be cleared by staff members twice while we were there. The whirlpool in the inside pool area is the same temperature as the pool. The outside hottubs were closed for most of the day on Monday. The pool area is furnished with regular cloth covered living room arm chairs which absorb water from bathers. There are no typical pool area lounge chairs or recliners.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
